Is it a bad idea… to take career advice from an invisible being who’s never held a job and doesn’t pay rent? Probably! But hear me out. Whether you do, whether it’s your career, an ambitious goal or building the most epic Lego set ever. Have so much fun with it that you couldn’t care less about the outcome. Create, build and work for the joy of it. Make it about the energy and excitement flowing through you, not the result or anyone’s reaction. The doing itself is the reward. I’ll take care of the rest. Your invisible (and job-less) career-advisor P.S. Much like this universe, it started as a fun side gig, and I’ve been tinkering with it for 13.8 billion years and counting. And it’s still expanding (and it’s still fun!) You should see what my main gig looks like!
Are you successful? Not the funny human definition —the real deal. Humans use money, square footage, followers, and fancy titles to measure their success in life. But success is not measured by any of these things. The only measure of your success is your connection to Life itself The amount of joy, love and peace flowing through you in this moment. Let joy be your measure of success. Everything else is just the sprinkles on the cupcake! P.S. Best of all, it’s tax-exempt!
I´ve got good news! You create your own life experience. And bad news… Yep, you guessed it You create your own life experience. The universe clearly trusts you big time! P.S. Knowing you, that’s mostly good news though
Don’t be too hard on yourself. It’s your first time here. (unless there is something you didn’t tell me) You were thrown into this chaotic world without warning. And you were not even given an instruction manual! (My bad. I swear it’s on my to-do list) It doesn’t help that you are surrounded by other first-timers who have no clue, either. (although some of them pretend they do) But look at you, how far you have come. Be kind to yourself. It’s your first time being human. (That’s one time more than me) And let me tell you, you’re acing your first attempt at “humaning”! P.S. Ever heard something new and felt as if you’ve known it all along? Maybe I did sneak an instruction manual into your soul’s backpack.
Don’t judge yourself based on the circumstances in your life. Don’t feel discouraged if things don’t seem to change. Real progress is not measured by how much your circumstances have changed but by how you react to your circumstances. Not in how people act towards you but in how you act towards them. Not if things go your way, But if you can be OK if they don’t. Even if nothing has changed yet, you have changed. And that makes all the difference. P.S. Don´t worry; your circumstances will catch up to you. Reality is just lagging behind….as always.
Your dream is me dreaming through you Your desire is me desiring through you The fact that you have the dream is proof of your ability to make it a reality. Just like I gave you your dream, I will also give you the ways and means to realise your dream. …well, our dream P.S. If I were you, I would start practising giving autographs. Trust me, you´ll need it.
You got it backwards You think that once life gets better, you’ll feel better. But your life only gets better when you start feeling better. Hey, don’t shoot the messenger! I didn’t make the rules Sunny side up, Your invisible penpal P.S. Well, OK…I may have been slightly involved in making the rules
Spoiler alert directly from Life: “getting there” won’t make you happy, but being happy will help you “get there.” Who thought of such a perfect system? Beaming with pride P.S. The same applies to “having it.”
Did you miss the bus? It does not matter how many chances you “missed” in life There’s always another bus right around the corner. And another one And another one I should know. I make the bus schedule. Oh, look… There is another one coming. All aboard! The Conductor P.S. Your bus ticket? The belief that you’re worthy of the ride
You think it’s too late for you? You think you are “too old”? I almost let a star slip from shock! (No worries. Caught it just in time, crisis averted.) You can never be “too late”; You should not have “started a long time ago.” And you are definitely not “five years behind” where you “should be”. Where did you even get these ideas? Sometimes, I regret giving you two ears. Do you have any idea what is still in store for you? The good times that are yet to come, The beautiful adventures yet to be lived, The wonder, smiles, and miracles awaiting you? You’re just getting started, my friend! “Too late”….pfft!…sometimes you crack me up. Let’s get going, You’ve got a fabulous future to live …And I’ve got a star to fix. Always believing in you, Life P.S. You don’t happen to know anything about star repairs?
