You are loved because…

There is no giant cosmic scoreboard where I tally up how deserving of love you are. (I do have an Excel sheet, though. But that’s just to keep track of all the galaxies I’ve created.) Humans seem to think the love they deserve is somehow tied to how “good” they are. But guess what? The universe does not conduct performance reviews. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done in life. No mistake, no misstep….nothing you ever went through makes you less deserving of love. You’re loved just because you exist. P.S. Ever wondered how many galaxies there are in the universe? According to my trusty Excel sheet: Sunday, January 01, 1989. Oh dear, it looks like I’ve misplaced a few galaxies.

Your adventure suit

As soon as you arrive on Earth, you´re given a body. Ah…it´s carbon-based meat armour. Hard to explain. But trust me, it’s super important for your journey. A body allows you to explore the world, kiss, run, jump (And even yodel if that’s your thing!) It will help you wander, skip and twirl through this adventure called life. Bodies come in various shapes and sizes, and there are even colour options available. No matter what body you’re given, wrap it in a big hug. Appreciate it. Celebrate it. And give it a big “Thank you” P.S. Oh, and take care of it, there’s no other way to get around on Earth.

Humans are so colourful! They come in all sorts of sizes, shades, and shapes. Tall, tiny, slim, cuddly, freckled, clumsy and everything in between. (Some can even wiggle their ears!) While they may all look different, don’t be fooled. The same life flows through all of them The same love pulsates in every heart No matter what someone looks like, how they express themselves, or what they’ve been through, There is a place for everyone here on Earth. The People VS Your Inner Critic

Enough is enough! We’re taking him to court. If someone harassed you all day long and robbed you of your confidence. Wouldn’t you do something about it? That’s why we’re putting your inner critic, let’s call them Clive, on trial. And we have quite a case against him: – Grand Theft of Confidence – Spreading doubt and insecurity – Countless acts of toxic self-talk Those are severe charges if you ask me. And to make matters worse, Clive lives rent-free in your head! Luckily, you’ve got yourself the best lawyer in the universe! P.S. We can still settle this out of court. You and Clive just need to agree to treat yourself with the love and compassion you deserve.

You don’t have to justify your existence.

Slow down, human. Why do you need to justify your existence? Humans work themselves to the bone to prove their worth. But Life doesn’t need to justify itself, and neither do you. You are alive. You exist. That is enough. No need to justify your spot on this little planet. I quadruple-checked my cosmic records; you belong here. Slow down. Relax. How about some ice cream? P.S. Had the same talk with a cat the other day. Dismissively waved her paw and walked off. In cat lingo, that means “I already know, buddy.” They’ve got life all figured out!

Make friends with your body

Take a moment to appreciate this hot body of yours. Hot partly because the elements in your body were forged in the explosion of stars billions of years ago Some were even present at the universe’s grand opening party. 7 billion billion billion hand-picked atoms that decided to come together and assemble themselves as your body You inhabit a glorious metropolis of neurons, with a network of blood vessels and nerves long enough to circle your planet multiple times. And it took me millions of years of evolution to meticulously fine-tune everything and get it to run smoothly. And after all of this, you´re telling me that you don’t like your body? That you dislike the shape of your nose or what the bathroom scale says? Show some love to your body. You are going to carry these atoms with you for a while (or more accurately, they are going to be carrying you) You might as well make friends with them. P.S. Talking about evolution… Your 3rd set of pearly whites should be breaking through any million years now. Just some minor production hiccups.

Thank you for being here

Oh, there you are! I’ve been searching all over for you! Thank God you are still here. You see, each morning, I conduct my cosmic headcount for everything. And when I say everything, I mean E V E R Y T H I N G. I count every blade of grass, flower and tree, Every animal, big and small. Just takes me a second. (I’ve got billions of years of practice, after all.) But my favourite part? When I get to check in on you. Seeing you safe and sound always brings a smile to my face. The world feels that much better with you in it. So thank you for being here. It´s so good to have you here on planet Earth. You matter to me (and to a lot more people than you realize) Now, off you go and make some noise! P.S. Counting on our rendezvous tomorrow. Same time and place?

You forgot again!

You forgot again! Feels like yesterday when you took your first wobbly steps. Oh, the pride and love I felt. your mere presence brought joy to all those around your smile lit up the world around you you knew you were loved and taken care of What changed? nothing You still make the world a better place just by being here. Your smile can still brighten up the lives of those around you, and you are still as loved as when you first arrived on this planet. You just forget sometimes If you only had an invisible pen pal to remind you… P.S. You´ve gotten a lot better at taking steps, though. Much less wobbly!

You are my favourite T.V. show.

Creating planets and conjuring up new species is fun. But my guilty pleasure is watching humans living life. children at play, first dates, artists at work —not to mention adorable human bloopers. It’s my version of Netflix. My favourite show, though, is witnessing you on your journey of self-growth. Seeing you step into your power, building self-belief, and turning dreams into reality. An inspiring watch! I can’t wait for season 2: when you figure out that this whole life is a conspiracy in your favour, That nothing can ever go wrong. And that you are loved and adored beyond words. You matter to me

Quick! Check your pulse. Still working? Great! Your being alive is proof that you are needed. You matter to me. You are important to me. Otherwise, you would not be here. You didn’t show up here by accident. I don’t do accidents. (Well, except for that black hole incident.Don’t ask. awkward story) You’re my expression in this world. That’s how important you are. You are an outlet for all my creativity, love and joy. And you bring them into the world in your unique way. And the world is a little richer, brighter, and quirkier because of it. Thank you!
