Cosmic co-parenting

Your children aren’t really “yours”, you know

They come through you as a precious gift from me

But how can I love them if not through you?

How can I smile at them if not through your mouth?

And bless your hands because those diapers aren’t going to change themselves!

Think of it as cosmic co-parenting. 

I love a little piece of me through you.

Maybe that is why it’s called “the miracle of life”.

So, keep my…our…tiny treasures safe and sound!
